Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we at Boone’s Mill are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. All returns over $200 will be assessed a 15% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from your return amount.

Boone’s Mill does NOT accept returns for candy or other edible product(s) to protect our customers’ health and safety.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or a proof of purchase with the return.

Return Process

To start a return fill out our Return Request form at http://www.boonesmilltrading.com/faq/. In the comments section describe the issue with your item(s) and reason for return. Once the form has been completed we will send you a confirmation email with your Return Request number. Then you will need to ship your item(s) back to Boone’s Mill for review. Please allow us a minimum of 14 days to receive your item(s). Once your item is received we will start the review process.

After our review if a refund is warranted, please allow 7-10 days from our warehouse receiving your item(s) for your returns to be credited. You will receive a notification email, once your return has been reviewed, with an invoice of the credited amount to the original method of payment.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

After review, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
